The fact they didn't put in the PR the R/S ratio is telling.

Will probably be pretty big...gets rid of both WPFH and old SOLI shareholders. Price will probably fall under $1 before the split as those that can sell will get out. Meanwhile common holders will get screwed yet again. Not a surprising ending to the SOLI saga unfortunately!

Charlie is due to be sentenced in less than a month. And there are 2 other investigations going on against him. One federal and one state.
