Yes... I dealt with Schwab directly. They first reached out to the TA and Stacy sent them proof of the shares. Then I sent them the share ratio and a link to the WPFH disclosures on OTC markets that was all they needed

I had the same runaround with Etrade! I have emailed Continental and just got a return email basically saying my account cannot be located.
I'm thinking this is a lost cause.
