So 140m REG A shares into an 2.1B OS... 6%---probably owned by none other than dun dun dun ---Leonite. A long term investor and stock owner.
Again, shares issued are not shares sold directly into the market... right now there is only possibility for dilution, again.. most likely owned by Leonite.
I dont know many investors who buy REG A shares then sell them for no profit or better yet, at a loss.... if you buy an offering, its usually safe to assume they are going to be holding those for gains, or they could just put their money up in the market sub .001 for a better entry.
