As long as Elite can move their quota without missing a beat, their quota will most likely, continually be increased, especially if the shortage continues, BUT if they miss selling all their quota just once, that will stall any increases in quota !!!!!!!
I agree with Winechemist, that Elite will likely capture 10-20% of the market and hopefully nasrat will start repurchasing shares and retiring them,
