Let me respond to you and everyone else who agrees with you. We all have to face lifes's disappointments when they come, if they come. I agree that the process I ... believe ... was initiated has taken a long time. We can extrapolate reasons for this, which I've already explained more than once.
Information theory says that in the absence of information ... or ... in a situation of complete uncertainty, the probability of any given point of view has a 50-50 percent chance of being right. I understand your argument and the views of others. I posit mine. Given the economic changes just beyond the horizon that are coming, for example, a transition from valueless currency to value-based currency, these changes may be determinant with respect to my point of view, one way or another. You definitely win the time-lost argument. However, the fact that BioAmber technology appears to be alive and well speaks to the irrationality of a $4.43M sale of all BioAmber's assets, from its $40M facility to its patents, after the cancellation of a shareholders' meeting via a quick summer auction process. The mind can grasp that, if what occurred is not a two-step, stalking-horse process, the process you believe occurred was unusual, irrational, and perhaps ... at the very least, worth investigating further.
One simple reason for further investigation of the last year of BioAmber's Management decision-making from September 2017 to October 2018 is that taxpayer dollars were also involved in the process, over and above an implicit 2017 deal made without informing shareholders.
There is still one outstanding issue that I don't understand. Given your absolute certainty, the bottom line is your belief that BioAmber shares totally lack value. Why are you here, then? You have no reason to be here, do you? I mean no disrespect. I do believe we ought to leave negativity behind, though.
