Perhaps I am making way too much sense but crypto stocks are flying right now and this thing can shoot up past a dollar overnight if they borh just bend a little and meet somewhere in the middle, so much more to gain here than there is to lose. Furthermore, the longer both parties drag this out the only ones that will make any real $$$'s here are the attorneys.
