Yes, it is dilution. They have no other way to pay back the loan.

The same BS arguments are made every time KBLB takes out a loan. And EVERY time, they have paid the loan back in shares. EVERY TIME.

And yes, we all know, this time is different. LOL.

Yes, it could mean dilution. We do not yet know how it will be structured. Even so, I’m not concerned about dilution. The company has done an excellent job of keeping dilution to a minimum over the years. Also, in another post of yours, I think it was you anyway , you said something about products possibly already developed and ready to go, but I think we can surmise from the video that all they’ve provided companies to date are very small samples at the most.
