About the reverse split... This topic has been addressed clearly.

Steve clearly said he would not reverse split in 2025 UNLESS he reduces the AS and the OS at the same time.

He said it clearly and anyone can look it up.

That is a reverse split. If he reverse splits the OS only there would THAT WOULD BE STUPID!

Does the CEO think we are not bright enough to know this?

You know I am right, but will not acknowledge that I am.

In 2020 Steve reverse split 1:10,000 and the AS went from 4 billion shares to 400 thousand shares.

TODAY THE same AS is 15 billion shares.

FACTS that cannot be disputed by you or a penny stock CEO

How much does Steve get in TOTAL compensation and why is it way more than the yearly revenue?

I could spend time proving this is a share selling scheme but shareholders should ask who has benefited from the DILUTION more, them or Steve?

If Steve didn't take 4 million in total compensation he would not have needed ANY DILUTION in 2024.

Do the math.

4 Billion shares, discounted, x share price at the time = X
