If the white vote prevailes, I'm assuming the unit holders would still have to vote to approve the sale to Ready Capital. Any info on Ready Capital Corp. besides a hefty yield and a decreasing share price? Either way we should have some liquidity that we didn't have before NexPoint became involved.
