Company has been moving forward nicely this year actually. Subsequent Events section of filing is interesting. Looks like company now owns Albuquerque store, which will increase revenue going forward.
I spoke with TA myself this morning. Looks like Hans was telling the truth about the delay. TA said they were having some issues transferring data that old TA gave them. He told me it would be finished up by end of business today
