Good afternoon, Kayak, keep in mind the new facility is for packaging only with additional warehousing, DEA approved vault, this is huge for all of the CII products as Nasrat stated they were running out of space and for significant shipping logistics improvements. Nasrat will be filing a CBE30(changes being made effective in 30 days), in the next few weeks as he has stated. The way a CBE30 works is that the FDA has 30 days with which to respond for additional information or any requests. If nothing is heard, then it is assumed the change is approved. My guess is once the new facility is approved all products will start to be packaged there and while this is taking place the Elite team will move the old packaging line to the new facility as well. Then I am thinking, and this is just my opinion, Nasrat will then retrofit where the old packaging line was located into new manufacturing space. Once again this will significantly increase the production capabilities of the company. The road map is there that he is getting this ready for significant scale-up capabilities and in turn ready to be acquired. I am hoping if we scoop up 10-15% of the Vyvanse market($400-500M) like I think they will, those proceeds with then be used to buy back 20-25% of the outstanding shares. This in turn will push the stock price to a point where we can uplist organically and then the buyout takes place 6-12 months post uplisting. This is my opinion on what is happening, and I feel is going to be very fun to watch. Cheers and hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and a happy holiday season through the rest of the year.
