He clearly had a conflict here in my opinion.
He knew sales were on the upswing and took advantage of the situation by having MIKAh by out sungen. He had the money and could have provided a loan to elite to buy out sungen. He chose not to.
If it was such a great deal for MIKAh, then why was it not a great deal for elite.
