I remember when reagan had pot fields sprayed with paraquat in mexico so that smokers would get the poison in them in the 70's.. Luckily, I was not a partaker in those days, and no one I know bought much mexican commercial since we were farm kids and it is so easy to grow. This is part of the war on drugs was downright nasty.
