In The Oil Business that date 2023 is is like yesterday
That date was after the drilling in block 6 ...The deal by Shell was Before expire date for ERHC rights expired.
The deal Had to include ERHC...If the expire date was crucial to cutting ERHC out the why did the Agreement with Shell and SAO Tome Happen in the middle of summer while ERHC rights were still in force
Plain as the nose on your face for anyone who is not in denial
