The 510 Hamilton press release was issued on July 18, 2024.

"The 510 Hamilton property is cash flow positive and currently generates approximately $200,000 in monthly income and is on track to generate $2,430,000 annual rental income for 2024."

What happened to the $200,000 monthly income? I didn't see it in the financials.

You might have already posted this - but in the Hamilton press release it has:

"Investor Presentations will be available under the “Research” tab for the above real estate project and business entity at OTC Markets: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SPZI/research"

When I went to the Research Tab there wasn't anything in the tab.

Park seems to be allergic to the truth.
