We're actually seeing 1.1b shares issued to management, not 1.5 - these shares will be restricted for two years, and I don't think management is in a rush to sell anyway. They need to maintain a high price in order to expand which is the whole purpose of the merger in the first place. Once you understand this logic, you see things for what they really are. Also, if you understand the opportunities they have in the region, the stock starts to look much more attractive.
So, yes, I am confident the stock will rise much higher.
