Consequently, we have made the difficult decision to step away from our roles with MJWL and ICOA to pursue new projects that align with our professional goals and aspirations. While we are no longer involved in the operations of these companies, we remain hopeful that the CE status will be lifted following the court's final verdict scheduled for February 2025. This outcome would allow MJWL and ICOA to recover, grow further, and ensure that all investments are recovered.
