Direct deposit have had ever since going on the pension and shifting between
accounts has been easy on the phone service, which ends at end of month.

My no like is losing the personal contact, rather have that than more convenience.
That's why i pay all bills at the post office. Too much personal contact is being lost.

That's my big beef
