Yeah, not sure how to take it. With the OS at 499m and the AS at 2b they gave Delex 1.5b commons at $0.003 but it doesn't say if they are restricted. So the OS now maxed out at 2b (499m + 1.5b) making the market cap at $0.03 about $60 million here if my math is right.
A corresponding PR with the release would have been nice.
