NVIS Communications partnership with Motorola alone is a big deal...

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=175400675

wouldn't mind IndexR 'bagging' both American Binary and NVIS Communications

and then partnering with DuckDuckGo...

it only makes perfect sense to do so...!

DuckDuckGo – Gabriel Weinberger CEO

• per above snippet #3, DuckDuckGo does not have an Index. IndexR does.

DuckDuckGo potential reference – 1st Spaces X call on 07/31/24 @ MM #6:10

SM speaking: “Yes I did create Gibiru about 16 years ago, and it honestly was a pet project that I was using as an SEC consultant to get unfiltered un-bubbled results back out of Google so that I could explain to folks who I was doing research for at that time, that the results they were seeing weren’t actually a personalization. Over the years – and kind of a strange fact - I created a few months actually before Gabriel (glitch) crypto ah, he and I have parallel paths there for a while, to the point he decided to raise a bunch of money and actually go a different direction and promote a private search engine. Umh, on the other hand I had Gibiru as a side project for a number of reasons – you know began tuning it and curating the results it would generate over the years. Short story – fast forward, during the Covid pandemic, Rich Lepoutre reached out to me and said “hey Steve, can you build more of these? I specifically need to curate content that’s being vastly removed from the internet…” And that created the vision of INDERX - not being a Search Engine - but being a Platform that anybody can license or get access to for any reasons that suited a business model. So short story long, we were looking at different financing models. Clearly standing-up something like this not something cheap. We knew we were going to need our own hardware – we didn’t want to parlor ourselves out of the gate so to speak. So, we actually brought the GIBIRU search engine in – we’ve indexed it for the past 15 years. We also purchased a company called Pete (glitch) which is a video company search engine which has a small user base but very good technology and was actually curating video content from over 60 different media companies at the time including You Tube and Rumble. The good thing about Petey Vid is it was not funded by Peter Theil (glitch) …we also picked up some good talent in that acquisition. So now a lot of folks on the call want to know what assets we have. We also have this index which is information that is no longer available on Google. If you want to have some (glitch), look up on the “Death of the Internet” which in theory, is data which has been removed from mainstream search. And further, we we’re looking at funding options here, and we looked at SPAC’s and a few things that (glitch) so we don’t lose control ; 1.) over the asset and 2.) over this thing that really incredible based on a.i. So we had a few folks (glitch), and we realized this is a nice vehicle and that’s where money comes into the whole thing in this way. So I’m quite (glitch) it saves us a year just with one filing, and with a SPAC, we simply don’t have that amount of time. It gives us quicker access to the markets, that were going to need to raise more cash, and to handle a couple of acquisitions. So I’ll toss it back over to Duane.”

potential backer/partner/acquisition candidate reference – 1st Spaces X call on 07/31/24 @ MM #14:17

SM speaking: “Were already in discussions with a 1-Bil. Dollar global distributor service provider that like what we are doing, and I don’t what to share too much or get into that until further meetings.”

Points to remember:

• Gibiru aka IndexR a.i. has 30-Tril.+ indexed pages, while Google only has roughly 400-Bil.

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=174830137

• DuckDuckGo sources its search results from a variety of sources including its own web crawler (DuckDuckBot), other search engines like Bing and Yahoo, crowdsourced sites like Wikipedia, specialized sites like TripAdvisor, and dedicated sources like Wolfram Alpha, all while not using any Google data. DuckDuckgo also their own index, but gave it up for buying info from Bing/Yandex. They dropped Yandex with the Ukrainian invasion. The problem is that indexing is expensive and unless you’re MicroSoft or Google, many sites kick you out if you try indexing them because it costs a lot of money for the site when someone crawls through it.

• Per Stervc 9/4 post: "What if INDEXR AI/MONI begins to generate half of what YouTube generated in Revenue? If YouTube currently has roughly 800 million videos posted and Petey Vid surpassed the 500 million videos posted mark 4 years ago, I think such is fair speculation for having a chance for huge growth. What if instead of capturing 50% of that growth, they only captured 10% of that $31.5-Bil. in Revenue that that was generated by YouTube? That's $3.1-Bil. in Revenue. Heck, what if INDEXR AI/MONI generates only 10% of that 10% in Revenues? That's still $315-Mil. in revenue. Since Petey Vid surpassed the 500 million videos posted mark 4 years ago and YouTube has roughly 800 million videos posted, I think it's fair to not go below that number for Revenue... in my opinion for a minimum potential."

• Per Spaces X call 2 - MONI has COH to make it through the next 6 months. Additionally, MONI has an ongoing contract with a contractor in current Ph. 1contract agreement, under which this entity maybe be seeking to fund Ph. 2 of that ongoing agreement.

• MONI has completed their internal audit post-merger, including selecting a PCAOB Auditor for application to up-list to the OTCQB – filing due 11/19.
