Because it is a shell, according to FINRA and OTC, the 2 year clock has not even started for them to be able to sell to the float/retail.

I am in several stocks where non of the new shares, not a single one has been able to be sold to the float.

I have seen the Light!!! And like I what see. But if folks want to sell I be glad to average down and load up now.
