How do these firms get compensated if they are able to get a pps pump on the sale? My guess is that the scumbags that couldn't understand and comply with a simple loan agreement probably covered their tracks with this sale transaction. They were able to bring the sp down enough through their "mistake", shorting, and underperformance that $12.50 looks reasonable.
