Tell us why in the world any legitimate company with assets or revenue would use a OTC shell company with no liquidity, delinquent on its filings, as a vehicle to raise capital when they can go to a direct listing straight on the big board?
To acquire a shell like SNPW and be uplisted , you'd have to clean up the debts, catch up on the delinquent filings, and post three years of cash flow and revenues to meet minimum uplisting requirements. Tell us AGAIN why a company like GEP or Fox-ess would go through all this when they can acquire another company already listed on the big boards, or just do a direct listing?
