Could be there isn’t a market for snpw shares, or possibly a low valuation market that isn’t attractive to snpw.

The optics are snpw is insolvent, zero reported revenue the last two filings, delinquent filings, cash poor, the creation of roughly 1 billion new shares etc. It’s not a good visual. Going out and raising capital through equity could likely be very difficult at present. Possibly this is why there hasn’t been dilution. My opinions.

t's been almost a year since the infamous 4K-1 RS and yet after all the screaming about dilution, not a single share has been added to the OS.

Maybe this is why snpw tweeted the below comment.

Maybe yes, maybe no. If there is no market or a depressed market for snpw stock this could be bad. If they don’t need stock capital this could be good delaying it until valuation might be more favorable.

The longer it takes for the company to dilute the better I feel that when or if dilution comes it will for something significant increasing the current stock price.

My thoughts.
