When he had the money to do the buyback, he didn't do it. Instead he took most all of the cash out ($12 million) just before the transfer and left only $3 million cash and a massive R/S of 220,000 to 1 which reduced our share value for all these stores to crumbs. This is our gift. Laughable. Holman always gets it all.
