Why can't Blagman? He has done it before as seen from last year shown below. Besides, if news comes out tying everything together, who cares where it comes from.
Your point about Schlenk only makes him more authentic if he does come out with news with Blagman. Schlenk is a serious guy about doing real things when Blagman has everything done verses hyping.
Could Schlenk still pass on Blagman? Maybe, but an empty shell company's goal is to merge with a real company. Blagman is a soon to be the bird in the hand for MWWC.
I think they take the sure thing especially if Blagman did the groundwork and success is real.
