Patrick was unsuccessful in getting funding and the merger was cancelled. There have been no more SEC filings from Patrick since then to show he was looking for any other companies to try what he was looking to do.

As far as Affluence Corp it has moved on and is focusing on OneMind Technologies. OneMind Technologies has moved on to a partnership with Mingothings International that was a merger option.
