I agree with eBeezlee, just answer the question ADHC. The question is for you to answer ADHC, not Viewmont. The questions that need to be answered are :
1. Did you name your product the same as the supplement company not knowing they already were using that name before you.
2. Does the supplement company even know you named your product the same as theirs?
3. Does the supplement company know but just doesn't care if you are not affecting their bottom line.
ADHC you should just answer the questions and if everything is legit, END OF STORY. eBeezlee asked a reasonable question that ADHC, you should answer, not Viewmont. Viewmont does what Viewmont does everyday on this board, tries to control the narrative and if you disagree or have any questions, you are labeled a basher.
I don't give a sh.t what Viewmonts' opinion is.
