Yeah, this really getting dragged out and I feel deliberately too...Can't believe they want to 'keep on distributing' when lawyers fees are more than the 'distributions', at this point....And we were told in the Court that the BK Case 'is closing' almost four years back! If LBHI doesn't inform us about closure before EOY, I will file a lawsuit in our TX 5th Circuit in New Orleans...And I am sure Judge Edith Jones will not put up with this Nonsense...Exactly as they did not 'put up with the Nonsense' from Gub'ment liars in the FnF case...

The building was developed in 2001–2002 by Canary Wharf Group as one of five new buildings on its Heron Quays site. The building was designed by architects Cesar Pelli & Associates Architects and built by Canary Wharf Contractors.[1]

Before construction, 25 Bank Street had been earmarked by Canary Wharf Group for occupation by Enron's European subsidiary.[2] This plan was abandoned in 2001, prior to Enron's collapse later that year.

From 2004, 25 Bank Street served as the European headquarters of Lehman Brothers until the bank's insolvency in September 2008
