Incumbent U.S. Sen. Bob Casey’s campaign (D) indicated Thursday that Casey won’t be conceding his race against Republican David McCormick.
The Associated Press called the race for McCormick and the candidate declared victory. But in a statement, Casey’s campaign said there are still tens of thousands of provisional ballots that need to be counted. “This race is within half a point and cannot be called while the votes of thousands of Pennsylvanians are still being counted.”
