Need I remind you that Cohen was putting news out about the completion of LOI and share exchange on September 12 and September 13. After that in September, a full press release came out stating the merger has been finalized with CST. How many more weeks do you need??
Two weeks after the merger document was "complete" would have given them till the 31st of October.
