No one is complaining about any poster pointing out the facts, any one that can read can see the company has laid out the facts very clearly in their past filings.

Let’s just complain about those nasty shareholders pointing out the facts - I mean really, why put more pressure on the company for addressing these issues

What they are complaining about is

Publicly labeling the CEO a criminal when no criminal chargers have ever been brought a against him.

Privately threatening SNPW business associates that they are dealing with a criminal.

Misrepresenting the facts, Making the false claim MSW (waste for tires) is a competitor of.Medrecycler (waste for medical ). Solray which at the moment is non operational is a conflict of interest for the CEO.

Claiming there are no updates on financing, status of a factory, when in the annual the company clearly states "unable to close on its financing""property purchase issues related to a contract conflict that restricted the owner from selling the property." and expecting updates when the company has nothing SIGNED to up date at the current time..

Purposely trying to mislead others by making non related comparisons. Comparing selling tariff free foreign made solar panel components to solar manufacturers who do not claim made in the us status with SNPW goal of offering a made in the US Solar Panels and Batteries.

SNPW stated some weeks ago that they are currently preparing said filings re compliance and hence as an actual shareholder, whose holdings literally cost me nothing, I am finely positioned to be patient.

It's for this very reason I am able to ignore the criminal fraud and utter idiocy on display by the Muppets against SNPW.

This is not difficult to grasp for most but it obviously is for Fake Tech Experts that supposedly worked in China!
