I've traveled through virg and w. virg and they are indeed beautiful states. All of our America is incredibly scenic and precious.
Even though I've grown up in mid size full cities, I would have no problem putting up an airbed in a barn or tool shed, provided he has regular electricity.

Even my Dad retired to a single wide mobile home on a lake and we built a 20x30 pole barn for his garage together. Nice few years there, then he remarried and they got a nice home on another near lake.
