Reminder--Park's scam PR yesterday was to announce the formation of KEROGEN RESOURCES II, LLC -- a company Mark Thompson already formed with the Pennsylvania SOS in APRIL and which Park announced on May 10th. THEN YESTERDAY--

Park and scam-master/ wannabe fracker Gary Thompson/ Kerogen Resources II announced said he has secured a $330 million investment from a notorious Turkish fraudster Yusuf Ozturk who is well known for providing all sorts of "fake-documents-for-a-fee" to other scammers like our idiots.

ALSO turns out---

This non-existent funding is supposedly to finance a deal between Thompson and "Smart Park Development in Clearfield, Pennsylvania." Smart Park was supposedly "the vision to reinvent the local community" by ex-coal mine owner C. Alan Walker whose father created Bradford Coal Company in 1935.

Walker is a former Clearfield county commissioner (one of 3: https://clearfieldco.org/commissioners/ ). Walker apparently has zero employees since his 15 coal operations were closed. Here's are damning 2011 reports by PROPUBLICA of Walker's history of inflicting enviornmental devastation in Pennsylvania and his political payoffs to advance his self dealing.

Suddenly his ''vision'' was to bring "green energy jobs" to the area...something that fracking clearly isn't. Nor is "burning gas without CO2 emissions" a reality. FINALLY--- Park contradicts his claim of JP3E owning a "majority interest" in Kerogen II by now saying "Upon the commencement of drilling, producing, and manufacturing, 50% of the sales proceeds will belong to JP3E."
