They have also refiled some statements and have the appearances of getting their ducks in a row.
They have a launch with Telnor (mexican phone company) about to happen. Final testing has been completed. Their launch has been delayed slightly as Telmex is joining in. It is widely expected that this will make ONEV cashflow posative. ITs expected to begin in the first quarter. (unconfirmed rumours are claiming in the next 2 weeks but I would not take that to the bank)
It is worth your time (for everyone) to take a look at it again if your not in it.
At least check out the ONEV board. Things should be happening there fairly soon.
