I believe nbri mostly worked as a marketing arm, to bring in foreign investment. Public companies with press release power are good advertisement for various ideas.

They can advertise mines and such to get investment.

Wow, talk about a blast from the past. Check out what the new CEO Jared has done in just six months, purchased 55% of the bishop Mill, which is one of the few in the whole state of California, and is currently processing and testing 20 tons of gold ore as we speak. He also purchased 100% of Mount Vernon mine in Sierra county California which is completely cleared and permitted by MSHA and mining is happening as we speak. The former CEO Perry would go years without putting a press release out or informing His investors and in my view he needed to retire, Jared is the complete opposite and in 6 months I have lost track of all his press releases after 15, and follows up and in the process of completing all of those. Pull up a chair and read His Press Releases and I will be off the chart shocked if you don’t see the difference. All in my opinion!!!
