Are you blind??
You're mixing up different companies.
This Kerogen Resources LLC is Mark Thompson's outfit based in Clearfield County, PA. They're already running producing properties and a FERC pipeline system in Pennsylvania. Totally different from other companies you 'might be thinking of' however, we know better now, don't we KA LOL.
Look at how this played out though in your "slumber" - April they set up Kerogen Resources II, May they shook hands with the MOU, and now they've got the real deal locked down. That's exactly how these energy deals work in the real world. You don't just snap your fingers and get a $330M commitment from a major player like Öztürk.
Thompson himself came out and said it straight up - "This partnership with JP3E is finally upon us to a level of completion that will greatly bring benefits to both companies." That's not PR speak, that's a CEO confirming they've got their ducks in a row.
Think about it - you're getting Öztürk involved here, a company that's ranked 18th among global contractors. They don't jump into deals without serious due diligence. The timeline from April to now is exactly what you'd expect when you're putting together something this big.
This isn't some pipe dream 'RedChild' - it's a funded deal with real players making real moves. The progression makes perfect sense if you know how energy deals come together.
