He did in fact say that... in 2023 he released three or four PR and each time the PPS went... what he did no understand is the PPS went up and then was flipped back down because the stock was a flippers dream. He was and is so inconsistent with news that people buy on the dip and flip on the news. A typical Sell the News Stock... but now is completely different the volume is ripe for a run up if he puts news out... I have requested a PR on the Barcelona conference as has OS but what we seem to have gotten is the social media messages instead
