Obviously your delusional as IF company Actually filed an S1 then for the shareholders they would be privy to real truth. BUT I dont believe GEVI will execute a S1 because of all they would need to disclose...like their subsidiary being dissolved and thus all sales in Europe, Africa and Middle east up in smoke !!!

SO dissolved UK subsidiary April 30, 2024...board approval June 15th for a REVSERSE SPLIT...file a incomplete S1 Oct 11th ?

Mention in financials company has formed A NEW MFB subsidiary in Delaware? (Have an OHIO one already) for fire insurance possible new MFB endeavor?

I assume/guess they will file 10 day advance notice to finra for a reverse split prior to next Q being out in 3 weeks??
