IB is right. No company will want to buy Eilite without 100% ownership of Adderall. Nasrat will have to sell the rights to Elite, as was the plan in the past, or he will be negotiating a separate private side deal. It would be a 3-way negotiation with Nasrat not exactly being neutral to Elite alone.
