nasrat WILL NOT be shooting himself in the foot by selling Mikah Pharmaceuticals that he owns 100% of at the same time he sells Elite !!!!!

According to SEC filings, Mikah should NOT EXCIST any longer BUT it does ....Investors need to be able to trust SEC Filings !!!!!!!!

The buyer can make an acceptable offer for IT ALL and nasrat can then decide how much of that offer goes to Elite and how much goes to Mikah !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Truth is The Truth, it's not bashing the stock ... The stock will move higher, but THE MIKAH TAX should be eliminated NOW,
