It says that there are flaws in the America Invents Act which is causing major problems for inventors. We all know this, and this is why patent litigation is dragged out for years and years. This doesn't mean that the patents are weak or without worth, just that the system sucks.

Yes, Emil referred to it in the CEO/CFO interview. What about it? I found it to be weak at best.

VPLM’s patents aren’t dead yet, by a long shot. It’ll take time. More than we all thought.

VPLM’s done a real good job at keeping everything under wraps. Which is frustrating to all shareholders.

By doing so, it’s opened all to hope and speculation about what might be happening. Hyperbole, being excited and pure speculation, isn’t fact!!

The recent antitrust and class action cases caught all by surprise.

Let’s see how it plays out.
