Laxmi's immature behavior has caused harm to staff, investors, and their families.

1. Shifting blame for his business failures onto staff and investors
2. Verbal abuse and intolerance for criticism
3. Broken promises and unfulfilled commitments
4. Mismanagement of investor funds for personal gain (Palaypu family)
5. False assurances and delayed payments

I will share my personal experience, my father's hospitalization and open-heart surgery led to financial struggles. Laxmi's empty promises of emergency funds ("transferred," "will receive on Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday") remained unfulfilled for months.

Consequences caused because of his failure in making payment, Staff and investors suffer financial constraints, Families face hardships & Laxmi's actions warrant legal accountability.

My next steps is Exposing scams one by one and seeking justice through law and order.
