The best time to file would be the next 4 weeks, so it would be SEC reporting and pink current in January, when OTC stocks rally.
Hard to tell what OTC Markets' real deadline is with the way they make shit up as they go along, and change the rules on the fly.
It would be best if they filed by Thursday this week. But OTC could change the rules and screw us over, or extend the time before EM market.
SAPX needs to file financials by the end of this year. Note worthy that the other stock went to EM only after being 12 months Minus a few hours) late last year, on the annual, and the stock is still EM and rallied 1500% while in EM this year. Another one that was CE/EM got Pink current in days and rallied 1500% in just a week
