First, there is nothing wrong with the definition Kelly used...and it did not come from your linked page. I searched for various terms Kelly quoted...NADA on your Britannica source page. Do you promote continued ignorant ambivalence as a solution to what we're presented with? Continued unawareness of the potential harm pending? That's just putting on an ostrich hat. Kelly's quoted definition fits easily within the confines of commonly accepted boundaries. We're not trying to write a thesis on the root causes and all flavors/variants thereof; if that's your goal, kudos and have at it.

Also, if you'll yourself carefully read your "I think Mr Kelly missed this:", Finally, whereas some consider fascism to be motivated primarily by its aspirations—by a desire for cultural “regeneration” and the creation of a “new man”—others place greater weight on fascism’s “anxieties”—on its fear of communist revolution and even of left-centrist electoral victories. Sounds on point to warning of such tendencies, especially since there is no single universal definition of the term. If ones proclivities renders one to have earned the label, so be it.

Mr Kelly didn't like the guy he worked with..I get it. Now he is calling him names....I get it. Trump calls people names as well....I get it. Kelly was forced out of his job(a job he really didn't want)...and he is upset.....and I get it.
