Correct. Common sense, history, and human nature should clearly show that pursuit of damages against this defendant is fruitless. The cases should be centered around the legitimacy of the conservatorship, then seeking ONLY release from c-ship and thereby re-listing when the qualifications have been met. But hey....that's me.
