To be honest, that has been my only redflag on JLNY. And so far, it does not appear to be an issue. My brother, who works at IBM, along with some of his colleagues have taken an interest in the stock and I know they have each built up a position. I'm still waiting to see whether we get details on the financing but in the mean time, if it starts to make an notable move upwards, I will be back.
I was in EVSA for awhile on PDC's call but got out before all this new info began surfacing. It looks promising.
