not even our lawyers have done this-that I know of anyway-lol

It's crazy all the cases that have come and gone & have verdicts or when we loose it's instant verdict but in this particular case they can just hold a decision indefinitely. Weirdo ish

Correct. That still doesn't answer who will compel the damages be paid that were set forth in the verdict. When a verdict is enforceable only when the defendant decides it is, that to me is the same as being unenforceable. For those scoring at home, the verdict was handed down in August 2023.
