Peorge- I'm sure that you would agree that in the systems of jurisprudence which are extant in both the US and Canada, a finding of guilt must be adjudged by competent authority, either in a court of law or in an appropriately empowered administrative hearing.
As these events have not happened yet, I think the best you can say is accused, not guilty. You will have to wait and see what comes out of the proceedings that are coming up.
