As fas as I know the AS has not changed. It definately did not reduce with the R/S. Read the last Q to get the AS numbers. Te K, whenever they release that, will show the updated AS.

Chucker I called Tony shortly after the split and the AS remains the same at 10 billion authorised shares.

He flat out said there will be more continued CD conversions because of the debt to the cd holders...

there is no hope here IMHO.. Just continued dilution to the longs!
